  1. How do I buy tiles?
  2. TrueBlue members can purchase tiles by accessing the tiles storefront here (or use the exclusive link in the offer emailed to you).

    (Note: TrueBlue points purchased on https://trueblue.jetblue.com/buy-points don't earn tiles toward qualification for Mosaic status).

  3. How many tiles can I purchase?
  4. TrueBlue members can purchase from 1 tile to 250 tiles per transaction per calendar year. The maximum number of tiles you can purchase is 250 tiles per member per calendar year

  5. How many times can I purchase tiles during a calendar year?
  6. Please be aware that there is a three-time purchase policy.

  7. I'm not sure how many tiles I need to buy?
  8. Simply sign in to your TrueBlue account and check the Mosaic tracker on your dashboard to see your current tile balance posted to date. TrueBlue members can qualify for Mosaic 1 by earning 50 tiles, Mosaic 2 by earning 100 tiles, Mosaic 3 by earning 150 tiles, and Mosaic 4 by earning 250 tiles this calendar year.     You can also purchase enough tiles to reach the next milestone and unlock perks. For instance, if you have a trip coming up and are only 10 tiles away from the next milestone, you can purchase 10 tiles to enhance your trip experience. Learn more about perks here.

    JetBlue Crewmembers are unable to assist customers in calculating future tile accrual on qualifying spend that has not yet been posted to your account.

  9. If I purchase the additional tiles I need for Mosaic status through this special offer, how long will my status last?
  10. Your Mosaic status will be valid through December 31, 2024. (All tile counters reset to zero (0) on January 1, 2024).

  11. Can I forward my offer to another TrueBlue member?
  12. No. This is an exclusive offer to select members and may not be forwarded.

  13. Do the TrueBlue Terms & Conditions still apply?
  14. Yes, both the Terms & Conditions and the tiles purchase Terms and Conditions apply.

  15. I no longer want the tiles I purchased. How do I get a refund?
  16. Transactions are non-refundable. Please ensure you have read the offer terms and conditions prior to purchase.

  17. Why does my credit card statement say Points Jetblue?
  18. Points.com Inc. processes the payments for the transactions, however, if you have questions about your TrueBlue account, including the purchase of tiles, please contact JetBlue.

  19. How long will it take to acquire my tiles after purchasing them?
  20. Most transactions will be processed within a day but it may take up to 72 hours. Please log on to your TrueBlue account to check your tiles balance.

  21. My credit card was charged, but I never received my tiles?
  22. Glad you asked! Your credit card was not charged. What you may be seeing is pre-authorization of the amount Points.com has been unable to charge. This hold will fall off your account in the time set by the credit card provider.
