TrueBlue points purchased on https://trueblue.jetblue.com/buy-points are regular TrueBlue points and will not count toward Mosaic status..

  3. I’m not sure how many Mosaic-Qualifying points I need to buy?
  4. Simply sign in to your TrueBlue account and check the Mosaic tracker on your dashboard to see your progress toward Mosaic status for 2023. You will need 15,000 Mosaic-Qualifying points this calendar year to qualify. (JetBlue Crewmembers are unable to assist customers in calculating Mosaic-Qualifying point accrual on future flights or activity).

  5. If I purchase Mosaic-Qualifying points through this special promotion, how long will my status last?
  6. Your Mosaic status will be valid through December 31, 2023.

  7. Can I forward my offer to another TrueBlue member?
  8. No. This is an exclusive offer to select members and may not be forwarded.

  9. How many times can I purchase Mosaic-Qualifying points during this promotion?
  10. Please be aware that there is a one-time purchase policy.

  11. Will I receive the welcome bonus of 15,000 bonus TrueBlue points if I achieve Mosaic through this offer?

  16. Transactions are non-refundable. Please ensure you have read the offer terms and conditions prior to purchase.

  17. Why does my credit card statement say Points.com?
  18. Points.com processes the payments for the transactions, however, if you have questions about your TrueBlue account, including the purchase of points, please contact JetBlue.

  19. I purchased my Mosaic-Qualifying base points, how long will it take to get my status?
  20. Most transactions will be processed within a day but it may take up to 72 hours. Please log on to your TrueBlue account to check your Mosaic status.

  21. My credit card was charged, but I never received my Mosaic-Qualifying points?
  22. Glad you asked! Your credit card was not charged. What you may be seeing is pre-authorization of the amount Points.com has been unable to charge. This hold will fall off your account in the time set by the credit card provider.

  23. Can I use this offer to achieve Mosaic+ status?
  24. No. Members are not eligible to use this offer to achieve Mosaic+ status.
